Best Tea I have ever tasted
First I tried warm brewing this Tea. It was really good, high tier and one of the best, but it didn't blow me away. But when I tried ice brewing this Tea, it really cemented itself as the best Tea for me personally by far. Even just a few drops were enough to cause an explosion of taste in my mouth. The taste has many layers and notes, but the most profound notes of this tea is the floral ones. The umami isn't as strong as with other gyokuros I tried, but it's not a weakness, it's a strength, because theres many other layers of taste that make up for it. Because of that it provides a more balanced, wider and interesting experience than just purely overwhelming you with umami. I can highly recommend this tea for special occasions, every drop is enjoyable!
