Discover SACHI, an outstanding first-flush ceremonial Yame matcha, where sweetness, warmth and richness come together in a beautifully smooth cup.

Made exclusively with okumidori, SACHI opens with an inviting roasted aroma, revealing delicate notes of sweet persimmon, toasted nuts and warm firewood. On the palate, an initial sweetness unfolds into remarkable mineral clarity, followed by a rounded richness and a gentle interplay of grassy and vegetal notes. Subtle hints of white chocolate bring an additional layer of complexity.

Naturally rich and smooth, SACHI offers a comforting, full-bodied experience rather than a refreshing or sharply vegetal profile. Its silky texture is one of its defining characteristics: it froths effortlessly into a fine, generous foam, with a mouthfeel reminiscent of freshly whipped, unsweetened cream.

Particularly enjoyable as usucha (thin tea), SACHI is an approachable yet characterful matcha, easy to prepare and satisfying to drink. Every bowl is an invitation to slow down and savour the moment. A distinctive expression of Yame matcha, for those who appreciate depth, texture and understated sweetness.
