very good tea
Best Sencha Ever Tried
Always been a big fan of Sencha and bought mine from UK tea merchants. They were fine and no complaints but this is in a different league. A Rolls Royce of Sencha I would ague - there may be better out there still but I have yet to try them. The flavour notes as listed here were still there on the second steeping. Really fine umami flavour with lots of other notes coming through. The colour was a rich clear green colour with little or no cloudiness. Prepared exactly how it recommended on the pack and this gave me a perfect Sencha. You won't regret trying this one - awesome.
Good umami with different notes
Enjoyed this tea alot. First brew is packed with a lot of umami, but also grassy flavor. Subsequent brews loose strength in umami, but the taste gets sweeter and shows different notes each brew, so its a nice experience. I was able to brew this tea up to 5-6 times with increasing temperature. Always been fun to do a session with this tea.

Nice mellow umami with sweetness and interesting complexity. Make sure to brew multiple infusions for different flavor profiles!

A great first thing in the morning tea for both flavor and energy
