Your Delivery
- We deliver worldwide except for a few countries where import regulations prohibit informal import of green tea (e.g. Mexico, Spain...) or are not covered by our carriers.
- Shipping INCOTERMS: Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU): duties and local consumption taxes must be paid to the transporter ahead of delivery, except for the USA where duties are included in the product prices (Delivery Duties Paid - DDP).
- Orders are processed between 2 and 5 business days depending on stock availability.
- All orders are normally shipped with FEDEX, with DHL and EMS being an option for specific countries.Â
-Â IKKYU covers part of the shipping fees.
- Free shipping is available for orders starting at USD 150/ EUR 150 for most destinations, with a higher price threshold for unusual destinations where carriers apply a surcharge (e.g. Australia, New Zealand...).Â
