Another year has quietly passed, and once again, spring arrives to remind us of the fleeting beauty that surrounds us. The school holidays have begun across Japan, and there is something unmistakably alive in the air.

Even our walk to the office has become a small ceremony — lined with cherry trees that slow our pace, and sometimes stop us altogether, inviting us to simply pause and contemplate.
